Licensing
• Possess any valid state of Connecticut S, SM, B, D, G, P license (Is plus not a must)
• Possess a Valid Drivers license
Experience & Abilities
• Ability to communicate between technicians and customers
• Has a general understanding of the HVAC and/or Plumbing trade
• Ability to schedule jobs
• Ability to organize & keep inventory of the shop material and items
• Ability to locate parts for technicians
• Run parts to installers and service technicians
• Order parts
• Get jobs ready for the next day/week
• Ability to use a computer and email
• Knowledge in Service Fusion (CRM program like Service Titan)
• Ability to drive a F350 pick up or box truck as a everyday vehicle
Willing to
• Take a Drug test
• Take a background check
Communication skills
• The ability to effectively convey information to customers and other employees in a clear and concise manor. Applicant must be able to read & comprehend simple instruction. Document service performed and list all parts used in service / repairs.
Mathematical Skills
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Summary
• We are looking for someone who can keep things flowing smoothly by locating and order parts for the service technicians, schedule jobs and return calls, keep shop inventory up to date, willing to run parts out to service techs or installers when needed, can back up the person answering the phones when the phones get over loaded, will check prices on major jobs or orders and can (or is willing to learn how to) use Service Fusion (our CRM program).
